    Course Content

    Year one

    In this first year, you will get to grips with the software you’ll be using throughout the course, specific recording techniques and the theory, history and analysis of music.
    Core units in this year include:

    Year two

    During your second year you can take a deeper look at the recording, production and performance aspects of music. Also, gain more technically advanced skills in composition by creating your own soundtrack, plus get the chance to perform in the University’s orchestra, big band, wind band or choir.

    UK requirements for international applications

    Universities in the United Kingdom use a centralized system of undergraduate application: University and College Admissions Service (UCAS). It is used by both domestic and international students.     260-320 points to include a minimum of 260 points from A levels or equivalent. A qualification or experience in Music Production is required.

    English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.0 with no component score below 5.5.
